Vintage nostalgia

A private event with a nostalgic theme: back to the hosts’ youth, the sixties and seventies.

We had a dark space built in a factory; a big black box. In the box, we placed long rows of festively set tables with dozens of authentic vintage chandeliers hanging from above.

The table settings mirrored the era: placemats made of retro wallpaper, table candles in the shape of cacti and, for each guest,

a golden Rubik’s cube with a personalized CD containing the host & hostess’s favorite songs of the era.

A seventies lounge near the dancefloor, with retro armchairs, coffee tables with ceramic tiles and, space age pendant lamps completed the experience.

Everything embodied the sixties and seventies of the previous century.
